How It Started
Applegate & Associates was started in 1990 by Leon Applegate, Henry Hallford, and Chris Applegate when a need in commercial roofing and facilities management was noticed. Over the years Applegate & Associates has worked with many large and small school districts, business owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, shopping malls, and the U.S. Postal Service.
