Applegate & Associates was started in 1990 by Leon Applegate former Director of Plant Services at Sand Springs Schools, Henry Hallford former Vocational Director at Sand Springs Schools, and Chris Applegate former Coordinator of District Facilities at Sand Springs Schools.  Over several years of visiting with many school administrators, business owners, facilities managers, and others in the commercial building industry we saw a need in commercial roofing and facilities management.

We have worked with many large and small school districts, business owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, shopping malls, and the U.S. Postal Service.  It has always been our goal to give you more value or save you more money than you pay us.
